The original series ‘Silencio en Bhopal’ also lands on the platform, narrated by actress Clara Lago, who will take us to the Indian city where one of the greatest industrial disasters in history occurred. Her voice will tell us all the details of an event that to this day continues to affect the population of Bhopal. Experts in all kinds of fields, journalists, celebrities, and influencers have found that podcasts allow them to connect directly with their audiences in a very dynamic and entertaining way.

You will also get to know the stories of twelve women in “Con voz de mujer”, led by influencers and content creators Amarna Miller and Gakian. In this space, with a clear personal touch, the fight and work are aimed at giving voice to women, not only to the visible faces but also to everyday women who, in one way or another, advocate for certain rights and a way of seeing the world in which they live.
In the Premium version, there is also space for history and curiosity with “Historias mínimas”, a show hosted and directed by journalists Eugenio Hernández and África Egido, where for 30 minutes they dive into often forgotten stories and anecdotes by the general public. And if you love stories, with “Pixeland” you are in luck. Because it is the land of stories, a podcast by Jonan Basterra that tells you stories of everyday people that deserve to be told. It even dares to tackle coronavirus stories in first-person.
Not to mention the true crime podcast that is causing a sensation among a large number of fans of this genre, “Psycholand”: the unique style of Kiko Amat and Benja Villegas will hook you with their stories about serial killers while encouraging you to have a good time with their analyses and comments. And if you are a fan of true crime, you are in luck because in “Criminal-mente”, the podcast by lawyer and criminologist Paz Velasco de la Fuente, you can delve into the most media-covered crime scenes of recent years, learn all the details, and even travel into the mind of the killer to understand their criminal behavior. At Podimo, we also have space for health, care, and nutrition with “El podcast de Jana Fernández - A GUIDE TO LIVE WELL”, a place where the host shares with you her personal experiences and learnings, as well as knowledge from the best experts. All of this so you can create your own guide to living well.
“At Podimo, we believe that the podcasting industry must bet on creating new revenue streams beyond advertising, developing new subscription models that compensate creators for their content, allowing them to focus on creating more content and relating directly to their audience,” says Javier Celaya, head of Spanish markets at Podimo.

Furthermore, listeners are increasingly consuming more podcasts during their daily tasks, with an average of 20 to 25 podcasts per month in listening sessions lasting 20 to 30 minutes.
“The Podimo app offers an exceptional podcast listening experience through very visual and intuitive navigation. Additionally, users will be able to discover new content aligned with their interests, thanks to the work of the content curation team, equipped with the latest technologies that, through smart algorithms, allow for the recommendation of digital content aligned with users' tastes,” says Idoia Cantolla, head of the content area for Podimo in Spain.
