Shows en Vivo: Un nuevo espacio para la conversación
Feb 2, 2024
In a world where digital communication dominates, podcasts have opened up a space for conversation and connection. But what happens when that conversation takes place live, in real time, with the possibility of interacting directly with creators and other listeners? The answer: the success of live shows.
This form of content not only offers listeners a more interactive experience but has also led to the creation of stronger and more engaged communities. We have experienced this phenomenon in theaters through Podimo with different podcasts such as “La vida secreta de las madres”, “Bendita Terapia”, “La vida y tal”, or “El olimpo de las diosas”.
“La vida y tal” has filled all the seats in theaters several times in both Madrid and Barcelona, hanging “sold out” signs. And now, following the success of four live shows, Ana Milán and Sebastián Gallego have decided to join forces once again, outside of the studio and with their audience, and go on tour with “La vida y tal” to different cities in the country.
Another podcast that has conquered theaters is “La vida secreta de las madres”. A podcast about motherhood from a different perspective by Andrea Ros, actress and perinatal educator, and Paola Roig, perinatal psychologist.
They have brought to theaters a unique vision of what lies behind motherhood several times and are now returning to cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Zaragoza, or Bilbao, where you can’t miss them.
“Bendita Terapia” is another podcast making a return to theaters in 2024, and if you don’t hurry, you might miss out on tickets. Patricia Espejo's problems are everyone's, but she narrates them with humor alongside Silvia Llop, who will help her and everyone navigate the emotional world. This time, you will be able to experience these therapies live in cities such as Madrid or Valencia.
“El olimpo de las diosas”, led by Henar Álvarez and Judith Tiral, has been one of the latest podcasts on the platform to premiere in theaters. They did so last December and managed to hang the sold out sign in less than a morning.
The success of live shows from podcasts is transforming the way listeners interact with content. More than just listening, they can now be an active part of content creation. This phenomenon not only adds excitement, but also highlights the industry’s ability to adapt and evolve with audience preferences.
