After the agreements with iHeartmedia (USA) and Somethin 'Else (United Kingdom), at Podimo we are proud to announce the great agreement we have reached with Wondery, one of the leading podcast production platforms worldwide. Thanks to this collaboration between two of the major players in the world of podcasting, at Podimo we will translate some of Wondery's great titles into several languages. To whet your appetite, in April and May we will premiere The Dating Game Killer and Gurú.

In light of the globalization experienced in the podcasting sector, "the translation of major works (mostly created and produced originally in English) is becoming a key process to reach new audiences and establish podcasts in emerging new markets. Thus, on March 31, at Podimo we will premiere the first production translated into Spanish and Danish 'Dating Game Killer: a true case', which will be exclusively available on our app. The podcast reveals the twisted secret life of Rodney Alcala, one of the most prolific serial killers in the United States. This criminal participated in the popular television show The Dating Game and managed to deceive the show's producers, the psychiatrists, and the parole board during his time in prison. In addition to his participation in the television show, Alcala worked as a typesetter at a prominent newspaper and as a supervisor at a summer camp.

Similarly, in the coming weeks at Podimo we will also premiere ‘Gurú’, one of the biggest success podcasts from Wondery, which will tell the story of James Arthur Ray, a renowned self-help teacher who achieved fame, fortune, and influence in the United States. However, during one of the self-help retreats organized by Ray, three people died, a case that shocked the world and opened a new debate: are there limits in the self-help industry?
