Elizabeth Duval discusses on Podimo with 'La Noria', a podcast to turn and learn between generations.

May 6, 2022

Philosopher and leading writer, Elizabeth Duval debates on Podimo with a concept that symbolizes the twists that life takes between the old and the new: THE NORIA, a podcast where through meetings and conversations with unexpected or improbable guests, in order to unite the new and the old, opinions and viewpoints on how and how much things have changed will be exchanged.

Our way of communicating, our relationship with God or the gods in different religions, love in the age of apps, or the consumerism of a throwaway society are some of the themes that 'La Noria' will raise during its different episodes, filled with learning from different perspectives.

We do not know whether society is progressing well or not, what we do confirm is that it transforms, and just as the philosopher Francisco Fernández Buey used to repeat: "the history of ideas is like a ferris wheel: with thoughts, longings, and even shouts that go and come back."

'La Noria' will have an episode of between 30 and 40 minutes every Thursday, for 10 weeks, with a close tone that seeks a free exchange of opinions giving the listener a brief debate filled with information and learning.

"In 'La Noria' there remains the conviction that the best way to think is by discussing and debating everything while exchanging those different thoughts".
