Ferran Adrià teaches us about the creative process he followed with elBulli in Innovating is for the brave.

May 24, 2022

Ferran Adrià is in Podimo with 'Innovar es de Valientes', a podcast about the innovation process he followed with his restaurant elBulli and how this can be applied and be useful for other businesses and companies where their executives want to reinvent themselves and innovate.

Accompanied by ESADE professor Marcel Planellas and author Oriol Llop as host, he will narrate the steps of the complex process followed in the success of his cooking concept at elBulli, with details and anecdotes never seen before.

'Innovar es de valientes' will have an episode of between 20 and 25 minutes every Tuesday, for 8 weeks, with a conversational tone and learning to understand each part of the creative process when launching into innovation in your business.

If Ferran Adrià managed to revolutionize the world of gastronomy, why not apply his same methodology to other sectors and companies? This is precisely the aim of this podcast, to inspire us with that impressive journey to apply it in our projects.

In each chapter, we will uncover details of his experience and break some myths about ElBulli along with ESADE professor Marcel Planellas, author of El Libro Rojo de la Innovación and the elBulli case. After each conversation, they will extract the two main conclusions from what the chef has shared, allowing podcast followers to self-evaluate and know their own innovative level by answering various questions per chapter. You will learn with each one!

How is this effect achieved with a podcast? Thanks to Ferran Adrià auditing his own level of innovation, which allowed him to know if he had been able to achieve his objectives, managing to turn the concept of innovation into something tangible and not just marketing smoke.
