Jun 9, 2021

Alex Fidalgo, the creator of one of the most listened podcasts in Spain ("Lo que tú digas") is betting on Podimo by creating an exclusive season for our platform. Thanks to his perseverance over 4 years, Alex has managed to place his conversational podcast among the top positions of the podcasting platforms in Spain with millions of downloads and tens of thousands of subscribers. Starting next Tuesday, June 15, listeners of the podcast “Lo que tú digas” will be able to continue enjoying it totally free through the Podimo app.

In June 2017, he launched the podcast “Lo que tú digas” where every Tuesday an episode is published in which Fidalgo chats informally with guests from the most diverse fields. Each episode, which lasts between two and three hours, is an unedited chat, with no cuts or script, featuring the most interesting minds. Notable names from science and culture, as well as protagonists of astonishing stories, lay down on the couch of Lo que tú digas to reflect, educate, surprise, anger, move, and debate.

Over the last 4 years, Alex has had guests on his show such as Andreu Buenafuente, Carlos Alsina, Manuela Carmena, Rodrigo Cortés, Isabel Coixet, Dani Rovira, José Mota, Marc Gasol, or Isabel Gemio. Popular faces have been mixed in the podcast with renowned scientists and other protagonists less known to the general public but who have fascinating stories to tell, like Jorge Valdés, a former drug trafficker and one of the founding members of the Medellín cartel, or Ana Cecilia Stieglitz, a survivor of the NXIVM sex cult.
