Jana Fernández's podcast - A GUIDE TO LIVE WELL, is a weekly podcast about health and well-being that you can listen to exclusively on Podimo. In this space, Jana Fernandez wants to share with you her personal experience and learnings, as well as the knowledge from the best experts so that you can create your own guide to living well. Jana Fernandez says that "knowledge gives you power and understanding allows you to make the best decisions. And, in health matters, this is fundamental." We live in the age of information, but it is important to filter because there is also a lot of noise, and in her program, that first filter guarantees that the professional is top level and that the content is shared with rigor, is guaranteed. Additionally, Jana Fernandez acknowledges that she always tries to think 'out of the box' with her guests, not looking for the one with the most followers, the one who will give the most visibility, or the one who is most 'known', but the best, "because for me, content, originality, and rigor come first," she assures.

She holds a degree in Translation and Interpretation and in Humanities; she has a master's in communication, and throughout her professional career has worked in this field: press agency and public relations, press department in a multinational, magazine editorial work, etc. She started a first project in 2014 (ecommerce of sports clothing) that did not work because she tried to do everything at the expense of her health and rest, and had to close it. Since then, she studies and researches the science behind our rest (training as a university expert in PNI and brain biochemistry), and shares this content through her podcast, her website www.janafernandez.es, her social media, and various products like ebooks, courses, individual and group programs, etc., to help others achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through good rest.
