Malbert und Luc Loren stehen sich bei der Premiere von ‚Querido Hater‘ gegenüber: „Die Pombo sind keine Faschisten“
Sep 13, 2023
Interviews with uncomfortable questions, politically incorrect topics, controversies surrounding public figures. Malbert returns with the show he always wanted, showcasing the reality of each guest in unfiltered conversations.
The first season of 'Dear Hater' has set the bar high. Malbert has tackled sensitive issues such as the falsehood among influencers, television fights, lies in politics, or even the dark side of television programs. The focus of these interviews has been on guests like Jonan Wiergo, Noemí Casquet, Jorge Javier, Ada Colau, or Dakota, public figures who Malbert has placed in compromising situations.
The second season comes back strong with a face-off between Malbert and the DJ, presenter, and influencer, Luc Loren. The knives fly in the first interview, which stands out for the tension between the two influencers. A palpable tension they have carried since a summer encounter where they had to be separated.
Together they talk about their fame due to being 'friends of...' and Malbert questions whether the influencer has made a name for himself. “Only you call me the tick of Dulceida,” these are some of the words Luc Loren responds with.
Furthermore, Malbert firmly questions political issues related to María Pombo's family: “Don’t you think you might be somewhat whitewashing people whose existence, vote, or discourse affects a community like yours that you defend so much?”. To which Luc Loren adds: “I am certain that the Pombos have never wanted anything bad for the community. The Pombos are not fascists.”
Malbert continues to insist on this topic, bringing up specific controversies like a video of Marta Pombo, María’s sister, in which she stated that shorts looked like “tomboy pants.” To which Luc Loren responds that Marta has been in a very delicate situation of depression and the best for her is not to take the bait.
During the episode, they discuss other topics such as the breakup of the Tripletz, opinions on Pelayo Díaz, Verdeliss, and Tamara Gorro. They also touch on the world of social media, where Luc Loren states that he has even thrown tantrums for receiving too few likes on Instagram.
Two different people, two ways of thinking, two opposing content creators, two viewpoints on the same sofa. May God catch us unawares!
All this is just the beginning of a season packed with gossip, as Malbert describes it. The protagonist is ready to put his guests in compromising situations to get them to open up and face their worst enemies: their haters. But will they be prepared to confront him?
